In the summer, the region – with its mountains, steep canyons and lush alpine meadows – are a true paradise and insider’s tip for mountain bikers, mountaineers, climbers and hikers. Choose from over 200 km of hiking trails and 180 km of mountain bike tours in the Surses region. For skilled climbers, the via ferrata on Piz Mitgel is a wonderful challenge. Special mention must also go to the new 600 km² Parc Ela nature park with 10 thematic thermal educational trails, a variety of tours taking several days and nearly 50 guided spa and thermal hikes.
